circuit used by our website. This method ensures

by the fact that the bank server connection is activated
via a secure transmission protocol, using https
protocol (the GestPay server has a 128 bit Verisign

adding your item to cart, you will be directed in a security
page. The information you input into our system in the
shopping cart is then encrypted and sent to our secure
server. When you enter the shopping cart you will notice
that the URL (web address) in your web browser changes
from http:// to https://, showing you that you have entered
a secure site. In addition a small lock symbol will appear
in the information bar of your browser, showing that sever
lock technology is in place. On the secure server the
information is then decoded for the order process to continue.
All details are then stored on the secure server, so that
there can be no un-authorised access to these details.

the prices on the screen are VAT included ? |

the prices that you see on our website include VAT.
The price that you see on the screen is whayt you will
pay if you order has been placed by a private individual
in the European communion countries. The are no other
taxation charges, duty charges (for EU countries) or anything
like that. You will pay the price of the good at the price
that you seen on the screen. |

Can I deduct the value added tax (VAT) ? |

you order as a EU business with
your V.A.T. number (all EU countries, including the UK
and Sweden), please include your VAT number in the additional
note field in the order form. We will deduct 20%
VAT from your purchase price. (purchase price
divided by 1.20). No Vat deduction for coffee and food,
Vat rate is zero for these categories. |

will be processed the purchase without VAT |
After
the procedure of payment you will receive a mail from
our sales department confirming you that the order has
been succesfully processed without the italian taxation
VAT. Your credit card will only be charged for the VAT-free

you have purchased a product through this website and
believe that it is defective and would like to repair
or exchange it within 30 days, you must first contact
technical support.
Once tech support authorizes the exchange or repair,
please send your package insured using a trackable shipping
service such as Fedex, UPS or DHL as you feel more confortable.
The delivery from Italy to your country of the repaired
or exchanged good in this case will be completely
covered by our company (this option is available
only for the Eu countries).
